Notification of Temporary KWAN NSP System Downtime for Network Equipment Upgrade

Dear KWAN NSP Users,

KWAN Technology & Consultant Co., Ltd. would like to inform you that the TEST and Production systems will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled network equipment upgrades by our Cloud Service Provider. The upgrade is intended to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.

The maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 00:00 to 02:00 hrs., with a total maintenance period of 2 hours.

During this period, users will be unable to send or receive electronic data with KWAN NSP through both the TEST and Production systems, covering all types of documents.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
