Notification of System Maintenance – Department of Agriculture (DOA)

Dear KWAN NSP Users,

The Department of Agriculture (DOA) will be performing maintenance on its Server and Gateway.


Maintenance Period: Thursday, 22 October 2026 – Saturday, 31 October 2026

During this period, the Department of Agriculture (DOA) e-Permit and e-Certificate system for plant products, fertilizers, and agricultural hazardous substances will be temporarily unable to transmit data for customs declaration preparation or submit joint inspection results electronically for cargo inspection and release.

Temporary Exemption Code: EXEMPT100

To facilitate operations during the maintenance period, the DOA has authorized the use of exemption code EXEMPT100. Please specify the Issue Date according to the date on which the paper permit or certificate was issued.
