Dear Khwanchai Program Customers
HD has been informed by officials from the Customs Department that the Information and Communication Technology Center of the Customs Department will temporarily shut down the Customs Departments ebXML Gateway (Production System) for system enhancement and performance improvement
on Sunday, 30 November 2025, from 06:00 to 07:00 (a total duration of 1 hour).
During this period, data submission to the Customs Departments ebXML Gateway (Production System) will not be available for the following document types:
- Import Declaration
- Export Declaration
- Declaration Cancellation Request
- Express Cargo Declaration
- Transshipment / Transit Declaration
- Bank Debit Note
- Advance Cargo Declaration for Import
- Advance Cargo Declaration for Export
- Cancellation of Advance Cargo Declaration for Import and Export
