Dear Kwanchai Program Customers,

HD has been informed by the Department of Disease Control (DDC) that the DDC will temporarily shut down its production system.

The shutdown is scheduled from Sunday, 30 November 2025 at 00:01 a.m. to Monday, 1 December 2025 at 06:00 a.m. (a total of 30 hours).

During this period, users will not be able to submit applications for the Certificate of Disease-Free Production Source

(Pinkforms) or receive issued Pinkforms through the system.

We will provide an update once the system is back to normal operation.
