Scheduled Maintenance for System Performance Improvement

Please be informed that our service provider will be performing a VM Migration to a new infrastructure for users under Public IP Subnet 110.78.211.0/24, in order to enhance service performance.

Maintenance Schedule: Saturday, 13 December 2025 at 18:00 to Sunday, 14 December 2025 at 04:00

During this period, the Kwanchai Program will be unavailable, and users will not be able to access the system.

Expected Impact: Users of the Kwanchai Program (Server On Cloud) will be unable to use the system during the maintenance window.
