Guidelines for Submitting Product Price Accounts (Invoice) and Related Documents in PDF Format via the THAI NSW Platform

Effective from 2 February 2026

In accordance with Customs Department Notifications No. 202–204/2024, dated 31 October 2024, and Customs Department Notifications No. 150–152/2025, dated 28 August 2025.

Products Required to Submit Information:
- Completely Built-Up (CBU) vehicles
- Prototype vehicles
- Completely built-up Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) imported as whole units

Submission Requirements:
- Invoices and other related documents must be submitted in PDF format
- File size must not exceed 10 MB per file
- File name must not exceed 30 characters

Submission Channel:
- Via the THAI NSW platform
- Uploading Supporting Document (USD) system

Required Information Fields:
- NSW Reference No. → Please specify the Invoice Number
- Application/Request Number → Please specify the Import Declaration Number
