Subject: Rules and Procedures for Duty Exemption and Reduction of Customs Duties
for Goods Originating from the Republic of Chile (No. 2) (Form TC)

This notification shall come into force on 1 April B.E. 2569 (2026).

It is required that the HS 2022 classification be applied in the Certificate of Origin (Form TC), with reference to the Product Specific Rules (PSR)

table attached to this notification.
