Customs Department Notification No. 11/2569

Subject: Rules and Procedures for Exemption and Reduction of Customs Duties under the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) (No. 4)

This Notification shall come into force from 20 February B.E. 2569 (2026) onwards.

 

 


Issued in order to comply with Thailand’s obligations under the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA), as amended by the Second Protocol to Amend the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area, and in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Notifications on the Exemption and Reduction of Customs Duties under the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area dated 28 December B.E. 2564 (2021) and 18 June B.E. 2568 (2025).

The Notification provides for customs duty exemption and tariff reduction under AANZFTA, subject to compliance with customs procedures as prescribed by the Director-General of the Customs Department.
