Customs Department Notification No. 37/2569
Subject: Rules and Procedures for Duty Exemption and Reduction of Customs Duties for Goods Originating from the Republic of Chile (No. 3) (Form TC)
This notification shall come into force on 12 May 2026.
This is to comply with the obligations under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Republic of Chile, and in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Notification on Duty Exemption and Reduction of Customs Duties for Goods Originating from the Republic of Chile, dated 28 December 2021.
Such notification grants duty exemption and reduction for goods originating from the Republic of Chile. The customs procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Director-General of the Customs Department.
